you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100%

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials.
Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior
to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the
item(s) returned.
If you should need to return an item, you may contact Putters.com by phone or
E-Mail and request a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Returned
items MUST include the RMA number with the return. Shipping charges are your
responsibility. Limit one exchange per purchase. We recommend that you insure
the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CUSTOM or DEMO ORDERS, and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER
items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable including,
special order items, individual irons, golf bags, belly and long putters, left
handed clubs, and putting greens.
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem
within the manufacturer’s warranty period Putters.com will do everything
possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty
replacements. The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes,
brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items
shipped internationally. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or
brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo
items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
