|Established in 1998 with the first branded golf balls sold the following year, Nike Golf introduced its first clubs in 2002. Fast forward to present day and all the buzz is around Nike Golf launching its latest innovation with the Method putter line.
The new high-end Method putter is already validated with tour proven capabilities thanks to their prototypes landing a couple of major championship wins. Affectionately referred to as "The Oven," Nike Golf's Research and Development center in Forth Worth, Texas, reveals another ground breaking club.
The Method putters are named for the 'scientific method' their creators used to develop them and feature a unique polymetal groove technology which helps the ball roll more consistently and accurately toward the hole. Tom Stites, Director of Club Creation for Nike Golf states: "We knew we had something good when we watched how our athletes reacted to how their ball rolled after impact."
Proven on the PGA Tour and proven technology equal a winning combination with the new line of Method putters. Quoted as both being able to feel the difference and see the difference, the new Method putter is brimming with confidence.
Nike Golf is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nike and headquartered with its parent in Beaverton, Oregon.
